About Saurabh Sharma

Saurabh Sharma is a dynamic and dedicated yoga teacher with over a decade of deep personal practice, study, and teaching experience. His journey into yoga began through continuous exploration of yogic sciences, spiritual discipline, and self-experience, which led him to start teaching yoga professionally in 2012.

With a strong foundation in traditional Indian yogic and Vedic philosophy, Saurabh shares yoga as a holistic lifestyle rather than just a physical practice. His teaching integrates Pranayama, Meditation, Yoga Philosophy, Yoga Therapy, and Mantra Yoga, guiding students toward balance, awareness, and inner transformation.

Saurabh believes every individual’s journey is unique. He encourages students to explore and deepen their practice at their own pace, creating a safe, supportive, and spiritually enriching learning environment.

Beyond asana practice, Saurabh is a Sound Healer and Mantra Yoga Singing artist, known for his deeply touching and meditative mantra sessions. He has performed and conducted sessions in various colleges and institutions, with the intention of spreading peace, healing, and bliss across the world.

Hou Jing Rou is a young, qualified, and certified yoga teacher with a strong passion for continuous learning and exploration of yogic practices. Her journey into yoga began in 2023, and since then, she has developed a deep understanding of yoga asana, pranayama, and meditation, which she conveys in a clear, simple, and student-friendly manner.

She approaches every class with careful planning and professionalism, ensuring a safe, effective, and enjoyable learning experience for her students. Hou Jing Rou is not only a confident and engaging instructor but also a thoughtful listener who genuinely addresses individual student concerns. This personal approach helps motivate and support students throughout their yoga journey.
